IF THE TOUR IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 OR LOCKDOWN THE FULL ADVANCE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED OR YOU CAN RESCHEDULED THE TOUR AS PER YOUR OWN CHOICE.
BOOKING PROCEDURE >
1. You have to book tour with deposit of 40% of package cost as advance.
2. You have pay full amount before 7 days of the journey date
CANCELATION POLICY>
1. 20% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 60-120 days of schedule date of journey.
2. 25% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 30-59 days of schedule date of journey.
3. 40% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 10-29 days of schedule date of journey.
4. 50% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 7-10 days of schedule date of journey.
5. No amount will be refunded , if the tour is cancelled within 7 days of schedule date of journey.
6. If any tour cancelled due to Natural Calamity, Pandemic Disease, Strike, Political Disturbance or any other unavoidable circumstances, the company will not be responsible for that. The paid amount will not be refunded.
TERMS & CONDITIONS >
1. The said sight seeing in the tour plan may be changed due to any circumstances of the spot. Company may not be liable for that.
2. Lunch/Dinner timing may be delayed due to on spot situation.
3. Pre-booked HOTEL/HOMESTAY/RESORTS may be changed due to any reason.
4. If any spot is closed, Company will not be responsible for that. Authority may change spot or reschedule the tour plan as per current situation.
5. You should obey & maintain the Govt. Policies for any special spot. And then extra cost will have to be borne by the tourists.
6. The Booking Amount will be NON -REFUNDABLE.
7. In case of unavailability in the given hotels, alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
8. Any unused services of the package will not be adjusted or refunded.
9. Transportation / Car service will be offered point to point as per the itinerary and not on disposal basis.
10. Meals other than as specified in the inclusions will not be a part of the package cost.
11. Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the cancellation policy.
12.In case the tour is extended/rescheduled for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to be borne by the tourists.
13. Management will not undertake any liability towards any losses, damages of lives & properties or any other belonging whatsoever of the tourists, caused by any theft/robbery/accident or if any fine is imposed due to misbehaviour of the tourists.
CHILD POLICY >
1. Upto age 4 (four) years free of cost.
2. 4 to 7 (four to seven) years 50% of per head adult cost.
3. Above 7 (seven) years, will be considered as an adult.
4. You should have to submit valid age proof of children at the time of booking.
