SPECIAL NOTES	Pahalgam sightseeing (Aru Valley, Betab Valley, Chandanwari & Baisaran Valley) are optional and may be done at own cost. You need to book a local Car for the sightseeing package on spot at Pahalgam booking office. No cars from Srinagar or any other parts of Kashmir are allowed to conduct this sightseeing. For Baisaran Valley, you need to hire a Pony.

Day 1:

: Pick up from Jammu Stn. and start our journey towards Katra. Distance from Jammu station to Katra is 48Kms approx. Travel time from Jammu to Katra by road is near about 1.11 hours. After reaching Katra Check into the Hotel and take a rest. At the late evening / night we start our journey to Vaishno Devi.

Day 2 : KATRA

After visit of Vaishnodevi Mandir , Return to the Hotel in Katra and rest for the whole day and Overnight stay at Katra Hotel

Day 3 : Katra to Srinagar (240 approx)

After breakfast we proceed towards Srinagar. Distance from Katra to Srinagar is 266 Kms approx. Travel time from Katra to Srinagar by road is near about 5.11 hours. After few hours of driving we will explore the Beauty of Kashmir. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel .

Day 4

Srinagar to Gulmarg is 60 Kms and approx. 3 hours drive. After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you will get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead over a scenic beauty of 14 kilometres to Gulmarg, primarily famous for ski slopes and natural 18 holes golf course, which is also the highest golf course in the world. Enjoy the splendour of the nature and the snowy mountains. Later, begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system (the 08 minutes ropeway). Descend back to Gulmarg after an hour and later indulge in some horse-riding. Drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to the Srinagar hotel for night stay.

Day 5

Srinagar to Sonemarg (90 kms approx & 3 hours drive) : After breakfast, drive to Sonemarg. Cross the town of Kangan, Mammar, Gagangir. Once you reach Sonamarg, take a 3-hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajwass glacier. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (at own cost & interest). Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable night Stay.

Day 6: Return

: Srinagar to Houseboat : Morning after Breakfast Check out from Srinagar Hotel. We will visit the famous Mughal Gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure), Shankarcharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love). These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Check into House boat. Do some Shikara ride in the Famous Dal Lake and in the evening go for shopping in handicraft Market. Dinner and overnight stay at house boat.

Day 7: Return

: After Breakfast Check out from Srinagar and drive to Pahalgam. Check into the hotel and complete your Lunch. Then go for Local Sightseeing like – Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari, Boisaran Valley- Mini Switzerland.

ARU VALLEY
Located around 11 km from Pahalgam. It is the base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and the Tarsar-Marsar Lake. Aru Valley is located beside the Aru river and is known for its scenic meadows and activities like horse riding, hiking and trekking. BETAAB VALLEY- Betaab Valley is a breathtaking combination of picturesque surroundings encircled by tall deodar trees and pine forests, with the Lidder River flowing right through it. It has got this name from the Bollywood movie Betaab starring Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh as it was shot here. CHANDANWARI- Chandanwari, located 15 km from Pahalgam, is the starting point of the famous Amarnath Yatra. It is also famous for the snow sledging on a snow bridge. BAISARAN VALLEY- Mini Switzerland : Baisaran is a beautiful destination 6 kms away from Pahalgam. With tranquil meadows, pristine lakes and picturesque setting, you can just stroll down the area or sit down to have a picnic. This place also has very many options of fun games and rides, pony rides, zorbing etc. Ir is a popular tourist attraction in the area and you should definitely stop by if you are visiting here. Dinner and overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 8: Return

: After breakfast check out from Pahalgam hotel & driving towards Jammu Railway Station, (distance of 261 Kms). The Tour ends with sweet memories and a promise to visit again to the Paradise on Earth.
